About Me
SPECIALTIES & EXPERTIES
|
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with more ease and self-compassion. With over eight years of experience, I’m here to provide a safe, brave, and judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I truly believe in tailoring our work together to fit your unique needs. My approach is collaborative, somatic-based, and trauma- and attachment-informed. I draw from modalities like Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Somatic Body Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma & Attachment (ITATIM), Self-Compassion, and Sex Therapy—always keeping in mind what works best for you. As someone with ADHD, I personally understand how complex and nonlinear the healing journey can be, especially for neurodivergent individuals. I work with ADHDers and other neurodivergent folks to help them navigate executive functioning challenges, self-acceptance, and emotional regulation in ways that truly honor who they are. I’ve also had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and supporting them through concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, sexuality, relationship dynamics, and major life transitions. As an immigrant, I deeply understand the complexities of cultural identity, belonging, and the emotional impact of starting over in a new place. I also have lived experience in interracial relationships, which informs my work with couples navigating cultural differences, identity, and communication. I believe in lifelong learning and continuously deepen my knowledge to bring the most effective tools into our sessions. If you’re here, you’re likely ready to take the next step—and I’d love to walk alongside you in that process. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I look forward to connecting with you!
